Your deposit order normally takes up to 2 working days to reflect in your Zebpay account balance, and as such, we've made it easy for you to keep track of your funds. You will see the status such as pending, unsuccessful and successful. 


Here’s what they mean:


1. Pending – This indicates that you have initiated the deposit order. The status will be ‘Pending’ until the time we receive the funds into our account. This could take up to 2 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


2. Unsuccessful – This means your deposit order has been cancelled. It could be due to a number of reasons such as:

  •  The deposit proof was not uploaded within 24 hours

  • There is a mismatch in amounts specified in the deposit order and in the actual amount transferred.

  • The bank account used to initiate the deposit does not match with the bank account registered with us.

3. Successful – This indicates that the deposit order has successfully been completed. Once we receive the funds, it will be credited automatically into your account in real-time. You will now be able to view the funds in your account.
