If you're facing an error while sending coins to other wallets, please try the below workaround:
From the Main Menu refresh the app by tapping on the Refresh icon on the top left of the app.
If you are an android user, Clear the cached data from your device by going into Settings>>Apps>>ZebPay>>Clear Cache.
Try to switch the network from wifi to mobile data or vice versa or if wifi is not available try switching the networks.
As a last resort you can try re-installing the application
