If you're facing an error while sending coins to other wallets, please try the below workaround:

  • From the Main Menu refresh the app by tapping on the Refresh icon on the top left of the app.

  • If you are an android user, Clear the cached data from your device by going into Settings>>Apps>>ZebPay>>Clear Cache.

  • Try to switch the network from wifi to mobile data or vice versa or if wifi is not available try switching the networks.

  • As a last resort you can try re-installing the application

  • You can also login to our web portal : web.zebpay.com

  • If the error still persists, please raise a ticket with us.
