Once your KYC and bank details have been verified, you are ready to begin buying and selling cryptocurrencies! The first thing you’ll need to do is deposit money into your Zebpay account. FIAT deposits and withdrawals are available for all our users. Once your KYC is complete, you can use our Web 3.0 version.. You can deposit money into Zebpay either via a bank transfer or through POLi payment gateway for Australian residents, or through Skrill payment gateway for residents of all other countries.


DEPOSIT VIA BANK TRANSFER 


Deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer can only be done by Australian users through the account you have registered with us. We will return all deposits made from bank accounts that are not registered with us.

  • Bank deposits have a minimum and maximum limit per transaction that will be displayed on your ‘Bank’ page. 

  • Bank deposits can take up to 3 business days to process. 

  • Zebpay charges zero fees for fiat deposits.


1. Go to your dashboard and click on ‘Deposit.’ This will show you all the deposit options available. Click on the arrow beside ‘Bank Deposit.’ 


2. Select the amount you’d like to deposit and click ‘Proceed to Deposit.’




3. Check the bank details as well as your deposit order number. Use these to make the deposit. If the given beneficiary name is too long for your bank field, please use ‘Awlencan Innovations’ as the beneficiary name. Then click ‘Continue.’




4. Upload your bank payment receipt in the space provided and click ‘Continue.’ The receipt should show your BSB, account number (IBAN for EUR transfers) and the transaction done.


If you wish to cancel your deposit at this stage, click on ‘Cancel Order.’ Your transaction status will show up as ‘pending’ until the money has been credited into your Zebpay account.

5. You will be shown your order summary once the money has been deposited.


DEPOSIT VIA POLi 

  • Currently, Zebpay allows only our Australian users to make transactions through POLi payments.

  • POLi deposits have a minimum limit of 1 AUD and a maximum limit of 2000 AUD per transaction. These details are displayed on your ‘Bank’ page.

  • Deposits done via POLi will be processed instantly. However, if it is your first time using this gateway, it may take up to 1 business day to process.

  • Zebpay charges zero fees for fiat deposits. 


1. Go to your dashboard and click on ‘Deposit.’ This will show you the deposit options available. Click on the arrow beside ‘POLi.’ 


2. Select the amount you’d like to deposit and click ‘Proceed to Deposit.’




3. You will now be redirected to the POLi gateway. Select your bank and login using your bank credentials. 



4. Select the bank account registered with us to debit  your transaction and log in to proceed. Credit into your Zebpay wallet is instant but may take up to 1 business day for first-time deposits. 


DEPOSIT VIA SKRILL 

  • Currently, Zebpay allows transactions through Skrill payment gateway only to those users not residing in Australia.

  • Skrill deposits have a minimum limit of 1 EUR and a maximum limit of 1000 EUR per transaction. These details are displayed on your ‘Deposit Money’ page.

  • Deposits done via Skrill will be processed instantly. However, if it is your first time using the Skrill gateway, it may take up to 1 business day to process.

  • Zebpay charges zero fees for fiat deposits.

  1.  Select the amount you’d like to deposit and click ‘Proceed to Deposit.’



  1. You will now be redirected to the Skrill gateway. Log in using your Skrill account and enter your details to complete the transaction. Credit into your Zebpay wallet is instant, but may take up to 1 business day for first time deposits. Email address and name on Skrill should match the details registered with Zebpay, else the payments may not reach us.




PLEASE NOTE

  • When you initiate the transfer to our account, you need to mention the deposit order number given by us in the comments/reference column on your bank's transfer screen. 

  • Make the payment from the same bank account that you have registered with us.

  • Ensure that you are making a single transfer with the total deposit amount mentioned by you. Partial deposits cannot be processed.

  • Do not use any other third party bank account for transfers. All such transactions will be returned by us and it could take up to 4 weeks to process these refunds.

  • We do not accept cash deposits.

  • If required, Zebpay may request documents for additional internal compliance purposes.
