Please note: It is advisable to create a new address for receiving cryptocurrency each time to enhance the privacy of your transaction history.
Every cryptocurrency has its own defined rules and not every cryptocurrency protocol allows you to create new receiving addresses.
To receive crypto currencies after creating a new receiving address
1. Select the Coin / Token from Exchange or Quick Trade
For receiving coins/tokens which are listed in Exchange, please go to the Exchange tab.
For receiving coins/tokens which are listed in Quick Trade, please go to the Quick Trade tab.
On the quick trade tab, click on the 3 vertical dots at the right corner of the respective crypto (adjacent to the "Price (INR)"). A list will pop-up showing 'Send', 'Receive' and 'Transaction history'. Once the required option is selected, the app will take you to the appropriate screens.
2. Tap on the '+Add new address' button to create a new receiving address.
Attention! Read the information carefully and select “ I understand” before proceeding.
3. Enter a name to label the address and click on save.
4. You can either scan the QR code or copy it or share the address via email or instant messaging.
To Receive cryptocurrencies without creating a new address:
1. Select the coin and tap on Receive from the exchange screen
2. Once you click on Receive you will be able to see your receiving address. You can either scan the QR code or copy it to share the address via email or instant messaging
Attention! Read the information carefully and select “ I understand” before proceeding.
If you've sent crypto from any other exchange to your ZebPay wallet and it doesn't reflect on the ZebPay platform after the required number of confirmations on the blockchain, please raise a ticket and include the transaction hash for us to provide quick support.
Important Note: You will see a pop-up message every time you click on receive mentioning the network we support the particular token on. Please receive the tokens only via this supported network. Tokens sent via unsupported networks are permanently lost.
