Here's a quick overview of everything My Account puts at your fingertips:
How to access My Account
Tap on the three lines displayed at the top left corner!
Your Profile & Identity
At the top of My Account, you'll see your personal identity block — your name, avatar, KYC verification status, and your current trading volume tier, automatically calculated based on your rolling 30-day trading volume.
Viewing and editing your basic details
Currency, name, and mobile number are displayed for your reference.
Email address can be updated — tap the edit icon next to your email, verify with OTP, and you're done.
Your KYC details
Your verified KYC information is securely stored and displayed here.
Refer & Earn — Share and get rewarded!
Your personalized Refer & Earn banner is right here in My Account. Share your referral code with friends and earn rewards when they trade on ZebPay.
Copy Code: Tap to instantly copy your referral code to your clipboard.
Refer Now: Tap to open the share sheet and send your referral link via WhatsApp, SMS, or any app you like.
Wallet & Banking
Fiat Wallet
Your INR balance is displayed right here. Tap on it to access your full fiat wallet screen, where you can:
Deposit INR into your ZebPay wallet.
Withdraw INR to your registered bank account.
View your complete fiat transaction history
Bank Account
Your registered and verified bank account is shown here. Tap on it to manage your banking details — add a new bank account or remove an existing one, and check your verification status.
Orders — Track Every Trade
Your full order management hub lives here. View open orders, completed trades, and detailed order history across all your trading activity on ZebPay.
What you can see:
Open Orders: All pending or partially executed buy/sell orders currently active on the order book.
Order History: Completed trades with full details — date, Order ID, quantity, price, trade value, fees, and TDS.
Positions (Futures): If you're trading ZebPay Perpetual Futures, your live open positions are tracked here, with options to set stop-losses and take-profit levels.
Filtering your orders:
Use the filter option to quickly narrow down your view by source (Exchange, QuickTrade, CryptoPack), order status (Open, Executed, Cancelled), date range, trading pair, side, and order type.
Statements — Download Your Financial Records
Need a detailed record of your activity? You can generate and download statements for any date range of up to one year.
Crypto Actions — Do More with Your Crypto
This section is your crypto utility hub. Here's everything you can do:
SIP — Invest automatically (New!)
Set up a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and invest in crypto on autopilot. Just select a coin, choose your frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), set the amount, and confirm. ZebPay does the rest!
Earn — Put your crypto to work
Lock your crypto assets in ZebPay's Earn products and watch them grow. Select a product, choose your tenure and amount, confirm, and your funds start earning. A risk acknowledgement is required before locking funds.
Send Crypto
Transfer crypto to any supported wallet address. Select the coin, enter the recipient address, choose the network, enter the amount, complete TDS self-declaration, verify with OTP, and confirm. Fast, secure, and straightforward.
Receive Crypto
Share your ZebPay wallet address to receive crypto from any external wallet. Select the coin, choose the network, and share your unique address or QR code with the sender.
Help & Support
Support Centre: Access FAQs, raise a support ticket, or start a live chat with chatbot ZIVA — help is always just a tap away.
Fees: View the full breakdown of maker/taker fees, deposit and withdrawal fees, and tier-based fee information.
Settings — Stay in Control
Notifications
Customise which notifications you receive from ZebPay. Toggle categories on or off based on your preferences:
Security Centre
Keep your account secure with these options:
Change PIN: Update your 4-digit login PIN anytime. A 24-hour outgoing transaction restriction applies after a PIN reset.
Face ID: Enable biometric login for faster, more secure access.
Lock Outgoing Transactions: Add an extra layer of security by locking all outgoing transactions. Unlock anytime via OTP SMS verification.
Deactivate Account
If you ever need to deactivate your ZebPay account, you can do so from this section. Before deactivating, please ensure:
No open orders are pending.
No withdrawals are in progress.
Your account has zero negative balance.

Account Integrations
ZebPay API
Power users and developers can generate and manage API keys directly from My Account. Access the API portal, set permissions (Read, Trade, or Withdraw), view rate limits, and revoke keys whenever needed — all within a secure in-app browser.
Brave Wallet
Connected your Brave Wallet to ZebPay? This section shows your Brave Rewards balance (BAT), lifetime earnings, and INR equivalent. You can transfer your BAT directly to your ZebPay wallet whenever you like.
Auto Sweep (ON): ZebPay automatically transfers your BAT rewards to your ZebPay wallet on a regular schedule — completely hands-free.
Auto Sweep (OFF): Transfer your BAT manually whenever you're ready by tapping Transfer to ZebPay Wallet, reviewing the amount and INR estimate, and confirming.
Logging Out
To log out of your ZebPay account, scroll to the bottom of My Account and tap Logout. Confirm when prompted and you'll be safely signed out and redirected to the login screen.
