  • Attach screenshots or supporting documents wherever possible

  • Raise the ticket using the email address registered with your ZebPay account — this helps us locate your account instantly and avoid any delays

  • If you run into trouble raising a ticket or uploading files on the mobile app, simply try the same steps on a laptop or desktop browser (or vice versa) — that usually does the trick!

  • We will never ask for sensitive information — ZebPay will never request personal or account-related details through social media posts or direct messages

  • No unsolicited DMs — We will never initiate or ask you to start a direct message conversation on Telegram

  • No fund transfer requests — We will never ask you to transfer funds to any address or account

  • No wallet accreditation — There is no such process with us; if someone claims otherwise, it's a scam

  • Protect your PIN & OTP — Never share these with anyone, including ZebPay team members

  • Verify our email domain — All official emails from us will always come from a @zebpay.com address. Watch out for lookalike domains that use similar-looking characters (for example, "zebpαy" instead of "zebpay")


When in doubt, always reach out to us through official channels — we'd rather you check with us than fall victim to a scam.
