How to Change or Reset Your ZebPay PIN!

Keep your account secure and stay in control — updating your PIN on ZebPay is quick, easy, and takes just a few steps.


How to change your PIN?

Already know your current PIN and want to update it? 

Here's how:


1. Open the Menu

Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) on the top left corner of the app to open the side menu. Navigate to the Security Centre and select Change PIN.


2. Verify your current PIN

Enter your existing 4-digit PIN to confirm your identity.


3. Verify the OTP

An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to proceed.


4. Set your new PIN

Choose a strong new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.


5. All done!

Your PIN has been successfully updated! You can also enable the fingerprint login option from this screen for even faster access.


Prefer using a desktop or laptop? You can also change your PIN by logging into our web portal.


Forgot your PIN? No worries — reset it in minutes!

If you can't remember your PIN, you can reset it quickly and securely from the login screen:


1. Tap 'Forgot PIN'

On the login screen (after the OTP page), tap the Forgot PIN link.


2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile

Check your registered mobile number for the OTP and enter it.


3. Enter the OTP sent to your email

A second OTP will be sent to your registered email address. Enter that too.


4. Set and confirm your new PIN

Enter your new 4-digit PIN, confirm it, and you're back in!


PIN blocked? Here's how to unlock your account

Too many incorrect PIN attempts? Don't panic — your account can be quickly unlocked:


1. Tap 'Reset PIN'

On the PIN blocked message screen, tap the Reset PIN button.


2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile

Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.


3. Enter the OTP sent to your email

Enter the OTP received on your registered email address.


4. Set and confirm your new PIN

Choose your new PIN, confirm it, and your account is unlocked and ready to go!


Security cooling period after a PIN reset!

Your security is our top priority. After any PIN reset, a 24-hour restriction is placed on outgoing transactions to protect your account. Here's what that means for you:

Temporarily restricted (24 hrs)

•  Send crypto

•  Withdraw fiat (INR)

•  Change outgoing transaction settings

•  Add new crypto sending address

Available immediately

•  Receive cryptocurrencies

•  Buy / Sell on QuickTrade &   Exchange

•  Deposit funds to wallet

•  Earn

Once the 24-hour cooling period is over, all transaction types will be fully restored and you can trade, send, and withdraw as normal.


A few important things to keep in mind!

  • Latest app version: Always make sure you're running the latest version of the ZebPay app for the smoothest experience.

  • Same device requirement: Your registered mobile number must be active on the same device where the ZebPay app is installed.

  • Web alternative: If you're unable to reset your PIN from the app, log in to our web portal at zebpay.com/app from a desktop or laptop.
