To reset your PIN and automatically unlock your account: 

  1. Select the Reset pin on your home screen.
  2. Select Verify OTP  to receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  3. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to reset your password which you need to open through the Zebpay app.
  4. Enter a new security PIN and login.

Note: Please use your registered mobile number in the same handset through which you're accessing your Zebpay application to receive OTP and to reset your PIN.


Important: Please note that all outgoing transactions are automatically blocked for a period of 24 hours from the time of change PIN request. This block is a security feature and cannot be removed.
