To reset your PIN and automatically unlock your account:
- Select the Reset pin on your home screen.
- Select Verify OTP to receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to reset your password which you need to open through the Zebpay app.
- Enter a new security PIN and login.
Note: Please use your registered mobile number in the same handset through which you're accessing your Zebpay application to receive OTP and to reset your PIN.
Important: Please note that all outgoing transactions are automatically blocked for a period of 24 hours from the time of change PIN request. This block is a security feature and cannot be removed.
