Please note that your registered number needs to be used in the same device on which you have the ZebPay application installed.
For security reasons, all outgoing transactions ( Fiat and Crypto ), Option to add new crypto Sending Address, Change outgoing transaction option will be disabled for 24 hours.
In case you are not able to reset the PIN from the app alternatively, you can log in to our web portal (https://zebpay.com/app) from a desktop or a laptop.
To reset the PIN if you forgot your PIN:
Select Forgot Pin link on your login screen after the OTP page
Enter the OTP received in the Mobile
Enter the OTP received in registered Email ID
Enter and confirm the new PIN
To reset the PIN and unlock your account if the PIN attempts are exhausted and PIN is blocked:
Select RESET PIN button from the PIN Block message screen
Enter the OTP received in the Mobile
Enter the OTP received in registered Email ID
Enter and confirm the new PIN

For security reasons, after a PIN reset, we place a 24-hour restriction on all outgoing transactions (Fiat and Crypto) as listed below:
Send Crypto
Change outgoing transaction
Add new address
Withdrawal of FIAT
You will be able to perform the below transactions without restriction:
Receive cryptocurrencies
Trade (Buy/Sell) cryptocurrencies
Deposit funds to wallet
Lend
After the cooling period of 24 hours after PIN reset, all transactions will be enabled.
