Ensure that you’re using the latest version of the app.
Please note that your registered number needs to be used in the same device on which you have the ZebPay application installed.
For security reasons, all outgoing transactions ( Fiat and Crypto ) will be blocked for 24 hours.
In case, you do not receive the SafeLink to reset the pin via SMS for any reason, alternatively, you can log in to our web portal (web.zebpay.com) from a desktop or a laptop and you will receive the link via email on your registered email address.
To reset the PIN and unlock your account, you can follow the below steps to reset your PIN:
Select Forgot Pin on your home screen, and you'll receive a link via SMS on your registered mobile number.
Click on the link, and you'll be given an option to open it through your browser or the ZebPay app.
Select ZebPay App as the option, and you'll be redirected to the ZebPay home screen, where you can proceed to reset the PIN.
If you’re still unable to access the reset PIN option, please reinstall the ZebPay app and then try the steps mentioned below to set the new PIN of your ZebPay account:
Click on the link( which you have received through SMS recently and do not generate the new one again).
You'll be redirected to the ZebPay home screen, where you can proceed to reset the PIN.
Enter the mobile number, check the box for terms & conditions & you'll be redirected to the Pin reset page, where you can set the PIN.
After the cooling-off period, all transactions will be available once again.
For security reasons, after a PIN reset, we place a 24-hour restriction on all outgoing transactions (Fiat and Crypto) as listed below:
Change outgoing transaction
Add new address
Withdrawal of FIAT
You will be able to perform the below transactions without restriction:
Trade (Buy/Sell) cryptocurrencies
Deposit funds to wallet
After the cooling period of 24 hours after PIN reset, all transactions will be enabled.
