Need a detailed record of your transactions? You can request any account statement directly from the ZebPay app or web platform — and it'll land straight in your inbox in no time!

Your statement will be sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of your request.

How to request your statement:

Step 1: Open the Menu Tap the 3 bars (☰) on the top left corner of the app to open the side menu, then select "Statement".

Step 2: Choose your Statement Type Select the type of statement you need from the following options:

• Earning

• Trade

• Fiat

• Crypto Wallet

• Tax Invoice

• Consolidated Account Statement

• TDS Certificate

• CryptoPack

• Futures - Order history

• Futures - Trade history

• Futures - Transaction history

• Futures - Wallet history

Step 3: Select your Date Range Pick the date range for which you'd like the statement. Please note the date range cannot exceed 365 days.

Step 4: Tap "Submit" and your statement will be on its way to your registered email address — simple as that!

Prefer using a desktop or laptop? You can also request your statements by logging into our web portal at web.zebpay.com — same steps, just on a bigger screen!

Good to know: You can request up to 15 statements per day. Plan your requests accordingly!
