To register your corporate account with us, please send us a copy of the following documents to [email protected] or contact us at help.zebpay.com for assistance


  • Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, or any other relevant founding documents.

  • Resolution of Board of Directors to open an account with Zebpay, and identification of those who have authority to operate the account. The document should be signed, verified and stamped. The resolution  cannot be self-authorised

  • Company’s registered office address (Eg. office landline bill, latest bank statement etc.).

  • Proof of Identity of all directors.

  • Identity and address proof of an authorised person. ( if different from directors)

  • Bank account details of the corporate & not of any individual

  • Identity & address proof of the beneficial owner, giving details of shareholding pattern with ownership % split.


Note:  In addition to the above documents, Zebpay reserves the right to call for additional documents for further verification based on the company’s profile or trade volume.
