  • Please ensure to share all the relevant information regarding your query/concern for us to be able to provide quick resolutions.

  • Please submit screenshots wherever possible to enable faster resolutions.

  • Any video that needs to be sent as an attachment needs to be sent via a new ticket only.

  • Please ensure to raise tickets with your registered email ID associated with the account you wish to seek assistance on.

  • In case you are facing any difficulties in raising a ticket or attaching any document/image/video via mobile application, please try to raise a ticket using the link to raise a ticket via laptop or a desktop and vice-versa.

  • ZebPay will never ask you for personal information over social media posts or in DMs. We will always ask you to raise a ticket and share the information over a ticket.

  • ZebPay will only provide responses and resolutions via ticket raised from registered email ID.
