Please ensure to share all the relevant information regarding your query/concern for us to be able to provide quick resolutions.
Please submit screenshots wherever possible to enable faster resolutions.
Any video that needs to be sent as an attachment needs to be sent via a new ticket only.
Please ensure to raise tickets with your registered email ID associated with the account you wish to seek assistance on.
In case you are facing any difficulties in raising a ticket or attaching any document/image/video via mobile application, please try to raise a ticket using the link to raise a ticket via laptop or a desktop and vice-versa.
ZebPay will never ask you for personal information over social media posts or in DMs. We will always ask you to raise a ticket and share the information over a ticket.
ZebPay will only provide responses and resolutions via ticket raised from registered email ID.
