Unlock seamless fiat deposits and withdrawals by linking your bank account — your gateway to effortless crypto transactions on ZebPay.
Why register a bank account?
Your registered bank account is the secure bridge between your ZebPay wallet and your finances. Once linked, you can deposit and withdraw INR with ease, have complete access to your account, enjoy greater flexibility, and manage your funds with complete confidence.
Before you can make your first fiat deposit or withdrawal, you'll need to register a bank account. Deposits and withdrawals are only allowed from your registered bank account — keeping your funds safe at all times.
Account requirements — what to keep in mind:
To stay compliant with regulatory guidelines, please make sure your bank account meets the following criteria before registering:
• Individual Savings Bank account — only individual savings accounts are accepted, unless you have a corporate account with us.
• Account in your name — your ZebPay account and bank account must both be registered under your name.

How to add a new bank account
Getting your bank account set up is quick and straightforward. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to 'My Account'
Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the top left corner of the ZebPay app to open the menu, then select My Account.
2. Tap on 'Bank'
You'll see your currently registered bank account here. Green tick-marks indicate a verified account. If no bank is registered yet, you'll see an option to add one.
3. Tap 'Add Bank'
This option appears when no bank account is currently registered. Tap it to get started.
4. Enter your bank account details
Fill in all the required fields carefully — your details will be validated during verification, so accuracy is key!
5. Tap 'Save Bank Details'
That's it! Our system will automatically verify your bank details — this usually takes 20–30 minutes. You'll be notified once it's done.
Auto-verification usually completes within 20–30 minutes. If auto-verification doesn't go through, our customer service team will step in to manually review and verify your account and you should see the verification status in the app within 24 hours. Don’t worry, we've got you covered!
How to delete an existing bank account
Need to switch to a different bank account? Removing your existing one is just as simple!
1. Go to 'My Account' → 'Bank'
Follow the same steps as above to navigate back to the Bank section.
2. Tap the Delete button
You'll see a bin (?) icon next to your registered bank account. Tap it.
3. Confirm deletion
Tap Confirm to complete the removal. Your bank account will be unlinked from your ZebPay account.
Once deleted, you can register a new bank account right away — and you'll be back up and running in no time!
Having trouble deleting your bank account?
Can't seem to delete your bank account using the bin icon? Don't worry — this is completely normal and nothing to be alarmed about!
This typically happens when your KYC or Re-KYC verification was completed within the last 30 days. It's simply a security measure to keep your account protected.
Once the 30-day period has passed, you'll be able to delete your bank account without any issues. Hang tight — it won't be long!
Important things to know!
