Campaign 1 — Onboarding Milestones
Just getting started on ZebPay? Complete each onboarding step below and earn points along the way — it's our way of welcoming you to the ZebPay family!
How each milestone is tracked:
Sign up & set PIN: Points are credited instantly once you complete your PIN setup.
KYC verified: Points are credited the first time your KYC has been verified.
Bank account verified: Points are credited when your bank account is verified for the first time. No additional points are awarded if you change your bank account later.
First fiat deposit: Points are credited when your first fiat deposit is successfully credited to your ZebPay wallet.
First trade: Points are credited when your very first trade executes — on QuickTrade, Exchange, Futures, or CryptoPacks.
Redemption rules for Campaign 1:
Minimum 100 points required: You must complete all 5 milestones and accumulate exactly 100 points before you can redeem.
Points validity: Points are valid for 30 days from the date they are credited. Unredeemed points will expire after 30 days.
No bank withdrawal: Redeemed points are added to your fiat wallet balance for trading — they cannot be withdrawn to your bank account.
Campaign 2 — Daily Check-in Streak Challenge
Think you can keep the streak alive? Open the ZebPay app every single day for 30 consecutive days, make at least one qualifying trade, and earn 5 points per day — that's 150 points in total!
How it works:
Step 1 — Daily app open: Open the ZebPay app every day for 30 consecutive days to register your daily check-in.
Step 2 — Minimum trade: Make a minimum trade of ₹500 across the entire offer period (on QuickTrade, Exchange, Futures, or CryptoPacks). This is a one-time requirement for the full 30-day period — not daily.
Points progression:
Redemption rules for Campaign 2:
Complete all 30 days: You can only redeem your points after completing the full 30-day streak and accumulating all 150 points.
Consecutive check-ins only: Missing a single day resets your streak back to Day 1 — so keep that streak alive!
Points credited after Day 30: All 150 points are credited to your account only after the full 30-day challenge is complete.
Points validity: Points are valid for 30 days from the date they are credited. Make sure to redeem them before they expire!
How to redeem your reward points
Once you've hit the required points threshold for either campaign, here's how to claim your reward:
1. Tap the Redeem button in the rewards section of the ZebPay app.
2. Confirm your redemption on the screen that follows.
3. A success message will appear confirming your redemption.
4. You'll be redirected back to your ZebPay Portfolio — and your points will be credited to your fiat wallet balance instantly!
