You can start a crypto transfer from anywhere in the app — whichever route feels most natural to you:
How to send crypto — step by step:
1. Select your token
From the token list, tap on the cryptocurrency you'd like to send, then tap the three dots and select Send.
2. Choose your recipient & network
Select the recipient address from your saved sending addresses. Choose the network, add the recipient name, and select the recipient platform. You can also add a new address here if needed.
Please make sure that the recipient details shared are correct and accurate.
3. Acknowledge the attention note
Read and acknowledge the on-screen security note by tapping I Acknowledge. Then enter the quantity of crypto you wish to send. You can also review the network fee before confirming the amount.
4. Review the summary & proceed
Check the transaction summary carefully — including the network fee. Tap Proceed to Send Crypto when you're ready.
5. Authenticate & confirm
Enter your 4-digit PIN followed by the OTP to confirm and complete the transaction. That's it — your crypto is on its way!
Important things to know before you send!
Always check the network: As soon as you tap Send, you'll be able to view the supported network for that cryptocurrency. Only send and receive on the supported network to avoid any loss of funds. Also check that the receiver's wallet supports the same network.
Network fee is added on top: The network fee will be added to your entered transaction amount. The recipient will receive the amount after the network fee is deducted.
Xpress Listing coins: You cannot send cryptocurrencies listed under Xpress Listing — these are identifiable by the orange dotted circle around the coin icon.
Hardware wallets (Ledger, etc.): If the receiving hardware wallet doesn't require a destination tag or memo, simply enter the numeric value '1' in that field.
Invalid address error: If you see an 'invalid address' error, double-check that the receiving address belongs to the same supported network and format as the one on ZebPay.
Multiple sending addresses: You can add multiple saved addresses for each cryptocurrency — great for sending to different wallets regularly.
Transaction timing: Crypto transfers may take 24–48 hours to execute, in line with statutory guidelines for validating sending and receiving addresses.
How to find your transaction hash:
Once your send transaction is complete, you can locate the transaction hash directly in the app:
Tap on the cryptocurrency you sent.
Go to the History tab.
Select the transaction you're looking for — the transaction hash will be displayed there.
