Cannot view your receiving address

To view your receiving address, your ZebPay account must be KYC verified.


You can resolve this issue by following the below steps:


Exchange 

  1. Select the cryptocurrency on the ‘Exchange’ tab on the home screen. 

  2. Tap on the Receive button.

  3. You can add a new address by tapping on the "Add new address" button.

  4. A pop-up message will display our network/format. Upon reading the information, click on the box that says 'I am receiving the token in the supported format/ via the supported network' and click on I understand.

  5. You can name and save the address.

             

               



Quick Trade

  1. Select the cryptocurrency on the ‘Quick Trade’ tab on the home screen. 

  2. Click on the 3 dots that are on the right side of the coin name. Tap on the Receive button OR

  3. You can add a new address by tapping on the "Add new address" button.

  4. A pop-up message will display our network/format. Upon reading the information, click on the box that says 'I am receiving the token in the supported format/ via the supported network' and click on I understand.

  5. You can name and save the address.
